Positive: The warm and friendly greeting from David was most welcoming. I would definately recommend the property to anyone and we hope some day we will be lucky enough to return. David is the most attentive, personal host, breakfast was fresh and very good quality, he even gave us some pastries to take on the road on our way home. Top class and a lovely gentleman.

Positive: It was like walking into a high-end art gallery with David as your personal guide and host. So more than a hotel.. more of an experience. And David was such an amazing guy to talk to. So friendly and armed with a pipeline of astonishing stories to tell.

Negative: There is simply nothing not to like about this hotel. Even the location is amazing. Could not be a better option if staying in Preston.
