Positive: The owner upgraded me to a massive 2 bedroom apartment. This was massive with a large living room, kitchen and a small dining area. Location was on a side street just off the main avenue. The owner even dropped me off to the bus station

Negative: Could do with bedside lamps

Positive: The apartment is just wonderful and the owners caring! You get a spacious apartment, a great living space, comfortable beds. Location is quite central, right off Tigran Mets, and cafés are closeby. The entry is from the backside and the looks of the neighborhood could be deceiving as you enter the apartment, you will be pleasantly surprised;

Negative: Vanadzor had a nasty surprise for me, the water supply was broken for two days, not a fault of the owners- they were kind enough to bring me two large jars of water (I could not find them myself in the supermarkets as there was a citywide shortage!!)! But nothing I can blame the property for...

Positive: The location is good (near railway) the price is adequate according the hotel local prices, the. Main room on the picture is comfortable , good for short stay.

Positive: - amazing location - friendly staff - comfortable room and beds - clean and comfortable bathroom - availability of the host was always good - Wi-Fi available (but sometimes unreliable)

Negative: - I stayed on a floor where two rooms shared a common room and bathroom. Personally as a female solo traveller I wasn’t comfortable with sharing everything so closely with only one other room. - the kitchen is downstairs and you can use it freely, but it’s a bit outdated with very old pans, it’s full of cobwebs. - there were not enough bins in kitchen/common area and they were not looked after - some things are not looked after well, the wardrobe in my room has sort of broken down so is hard to use, and it was a bit dusty
