Positive: Very modern newly built apartment house beside the historical hotel. Easy to reach by car with perfect underground parking. 5min walking from the Salzburg Hbf. Stylish and spacious apartment with super large balcony. All necessary kitchen facilities for preparing your own breakfast (stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster). 1km walking to the old city center.

Negative: Quite old, dirty in general with room conditions- outside and entrance, restaurant were nice though actual room condition was quite dirty, cleaning service also was not meeting expectations or basic standard :(

Positive: The breakfast was substantional with high quality products. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting both the historical center of the city and Saltzkammergut. Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket turned out to be an unexpected and impressive bonus!
Negative: Thought the breakfast was great, we would like to have a bit more diverse range of fruits and desserts.
Summary: Our stay was great, friendly and helpful staff made even more pleasant.

Positive: Excellent apartment, the place is so much better in person than what the pictures show. The hotel should take much better pictures of the apartment to show the size of the space and the comfortable amenities. It was SO nice! So spacious, huge balcony, lovely kitchen, nice dining area, lovely bedrooms, big bathroom, separate toilet, spacious bedrooms, but the absolute best was the central air conditioning and heating, which we have NEVER seen in ALL our years of travel and staying all over Europe! We had a wonderful time here as a family, and we would absolutely stay here again!
Negative: The water pressure in the shower could be much stronger. Also, we paid for late check out, but the door key had stopped working at the usual time instead of the later time. Thank goodness one of us was in the apartment till the end while the others had gone out, but other than that, it was a wonderful, wonderful stay!
Summary: Lovely apartment; would absolutely recommend it; will stay here again!

Positive: Location is good, breakfast was also rich in choice and worth it (many bio products). They also have a great vegetarian restaurant - Furo, which is to recommend. Apartment spacious and nicely done.
Negative: Unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke inside the apartment which was mitigated by cleaning spray which smelled even worse 😁. The apartment was not cleaned properly before our check-in, ash tray was full on the balcony, found hair. I also asked via booking.com to reserve a table at their restaurant - never got any response. When i had “Do not disturb” sign on the door and had a work call, the cleaning staff still entered the room. Small details which make a difference, i am not sure i will book it again
