Summary: It was a great place to stay. It is close to nice places and so comfy for the price. Parking is onnthe street but tall to the people at the reception if you find no place to park. They will help you out.

Summary: First, as with much of NY - no parking. It would be nice if the hotel did something with the city to provide. Did not expect much from a days inn, but the front desk person hardly acknowledged, seemed bothered when asked questions, and was on their phone oblivious to people walking up. The ridiculous prices warrant a friendly staff who is glad to answer simple questions without seeming like they're being bothered. Literally a pained look, answer, go back to phone. Check out - took key, said nothing. I get your days are long, but my bar was the floor and you went below.

Summary: I think it’s a shame that Hotels.com promotes this property on your website. It’s expensive and it is not at all a pleasant place to spend a night or two. TV doesn’t work. Door doesn’t lock properly. Staff is fairly surly. The owners charge high rates and they are not investing in their property- obviously

Summary: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with varieties. My sheets had stains. A broken iron was in the closet with no cords.

Summary: Miserable employees. Received an automatic text asking if we needed anything and I asked for some items that were supposed to be in the room and never received a response or the items requested. Room was dirty and disgusting. Garbage in the sheets along with a sticky substance on the dresser. Windows were difficult to close and lock.
