Positive: very clean, modern concept . have all the facilities.Room 1 have water purifier. so you can get hot and cold water anytime. surrounded by fruit trees. we even got 1 durian. allowed late check out with charges.

Negative: night stray dogs were banking and fighting (kinda loud ) nothg the owner can do ..
