Positive: The location is excellent because of proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle service was on time and excellent.

Negative: The hotel restaurant needs much improvement. The service was extremely slow plus there needs to be more vegetarian options.

Positive: I liked where the hotel was located and how clean the lobby is. The staff was super friendly and helped as soon as there was a problem.

Negative: I checked in early and they put us in a room that was okay except the AC didn’t work so we got moved to another room an hour later. The other room smelled like smoke. I found hairs in the shower, it wasn’t cleaned very good.. During the stay someone got access to our room, i’m guessing front desk made a mistake and gave them a key to our room.. it was very awkward to see strangers trying to come in. Also it’s not pet friendly but it’s listed it…
