Summary: The location for our group was perfect and we all loved the stunning views, the privacy and the outside gardens and terrace surrounding the fabulous swimming pool. The house was spacious and offered opportunities for us all (twelve people) to be together while at the same time allowing everyone their personal space. The barbecue area was lovely and we really enjoyed eating outside under the pergola. The access up a very windy, narrow driveway and the parking were challenging and spotters were required to manoeuvre when reversing; however, such spectacular views made it all worthwhile! The one disappointment was the general lack of maintenance and this did have a negative impact on some members of our group. For example, there was one unsecured and one loose toilet seat, a seriously damaged door which had come off its hinges prior to our occupancy but had not been repaired and the fridge door fell off when we arrived but was also not attended to during our stay (we made a temporary fix.) Another issue of concern was that there appeared to be no electric back up for the solar powered hot water system so if there is a houseful and it is cloudy, there could be issues with hot water supply. These criticisms not withstanding Rozanna gave us an effusive welcome and was a gracious hostess. For example, she organised transport which was both punctual and professional, for us to attend our son’s wedding venue some 20km away. Thank you so much Rozanna, we would happily stay again!

Summary: Really need a car to stay here but if going out for evening meals you will need a taxi which can be expensive the villa is very spacious but only fans in the bedrooms not aircon, our host arranged airport transfers for our party of 14 people and we were also able to arrange a late checkout.the villa has amazing views .

Summary: Our stay was great and enjoyable for our family of 10 we really loved the comfort of the home and it was close to things to do. The whole process was made so simple by Rozana she is very kind and thoughtful. Thank you for your kindness!!!

Summary: We were 7 adults and 4 children. The villa was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out. The highlight was the pool which was spotlessly clean. We also made good use of the BBQ and pizza oven. Rozana was welcoming and exceptionally helpful . We highly recommend.

Summary: We were 13 people and we had space. We mainly sat outside because of the view and the sunsets were perfect. The pool was very nice and the covered BBQ area was great at night where we would play cards at the large table. I highly recommend this place. We ate at the village at the bottom of the mountain every night. It was a perfect vacation.

Summary: This villa is absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views of the sea and the town beneath us. The hosts, Rozana and Thanasis were lovely, and helped us with absolutely everything, from car rentals, to recomendations what to see, where to dine and presents on our departure. And the welcome pack was superb. The villa was spotless, and has everything you might need during your stay. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definatelly be coming back. Would recomend the villa to anyone, you will not be dissapointed. Thanks again to Rozana and Thanasis for their hospitality and care they have shown us during our stay.

Summary: We were a group of 14 people and spent a vacation and seminar week in the villa. We enjoyed the very friendly reception and welcome of homeowners Rosana and her husband. We particularly liked the view from the terrace on the landscape and the sea. Everything in the house was clean and we had much fun at the pool and the lovely place in the garden. We could have our seminar sessions near the pool . Once Rosana organized a Greek Barbecue with lamb and various delights. Very delicious! We can recommend this Villa. Thank you Rozana, maybe we come next year again.
