Positive: The attention to detail in making sure that our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible was phenomenal and it all came along with the most beautiful grounds and facilities. Clare and Henry are extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. When we were looking for a nice local attraction to go to they were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction with local knowledge, which made all the difference. Can't thank them enough for making the break we really needed so enjoyable, was a real pleasure to be there.

Summary: Exceptionally relaxing, unexpectedly delightful and would come back anytime!

Positive: Beautiful little home for the night. Took baby granddaughter for the night. Clare and her husband are wonderful hosts. It is a little piece of magic tucked away. This was my second stay within August and it is booked up for a friends hen do! Definitely recommend for a relaxing calming stay.

Positive: The room was very comfortable with comfy beds and a log burner for chilly nights. The loo and shower facilities were clean and fresh. The kitchen was well equiped with plenty of chiller space. games and music to play in the communal room. really nice to have the use of the hottub. This venue is great for a large group of friends and family. Hosts were very helpful when our car did not start upon leaving.

Negative: clearer details of shared facilities would be helpful at the point of booking. we wrongly assumed the accomodation had private bathrooms. we had an excellent time as we had the facilities to ourselves. I think if another 2 families were sharing the kitchen space it would have been less than ideal.

Positive: Firstly, this place is a hidden Gem which is absolutely stunning 😍 - worked so hard to make the place looking peaceful and oh my, we was at peace. And most importantly, the owners are amazing. We have traveled two hours and this was worth the traffic. Henry and Clare were so welcoming and really made the experience warming. Hired the hot tub which was stunning also. Thank you for our stay and we’re looking forward to coming back. Happy birthday Henry, I hope you have a lovely day.
