Positive: Lovey stay at Cosy room by C The room has a comfortable double bed with a large TV and tea / coffee making Breakfast was served at the dining table the following morning and was plenty to eat Great location for traveling to central london, without paying the central london prices Very good value and very friendly family ( the kids are a charm!)

Negative: The bathroom is shared, I knew this before goin and it didnt bother me too much but ensuite room is not available at this property . The property is a little tired but offers good value , a lovely room and a great breakfast and to me that was all that mattered

Positive: Great location and very good value for money in this family home. I arrived around 9pm and was immediately shown to my room, which was lovely and warm with TV and a double bed . The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. Plenty of Hot water in the morning . Breakfast included fruit, yoghurt, choice of cereal, eggs and toast. Breakfast is served at the family dining table. Overall a great stay and would recommend for any short stay in London, where you need a bed and looking for good value, great location for public transport links ,a friendly host and a good breakfast .

Negative: The bathroom is shared, I knew this before staying and it is documented on the web page so if this is an issue for you then this is not the place for you . Family lives on site but for me this was not an issue as I just wanted a room, but the living space is small and is private
