Summary: No issues. Room was clean and nice. Bed could have been firmer.

Summary: The water in the sink would not drain and at first, they had my husband trying to fix it. IN the end, they supposedly called in someone to fix it while we were gone but wasting an hour of time trying to fix their problem was annoying. Then, when we were checking out, they deactivated the card before we had turned them in and still had a couple of things in the room. And yes, it was before the checkout time. The room was "okay" but nothing special and I was underwhelmed, all in all. The hotel is looking dated and worn in many places. Would I stay there again? Not if somewhere else was available. We stayed elsewhere on our way home, in the same town and it was better for us.

Summary: The staff was lovely, the suites are large and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The pool could use some upkeep and the hot tub was non-functioning and a little gross during our stay. Also, I do NOT recommend Room 201. There is an unbelievably bright light that shines through the window all. night. long. The black-out curtains are no match for it and my children woke up several times during the night thinking it was morning. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
