Positive: Needed a place to sleep for the night while traveling, at the time of reservation had great value somewhat near Chicago area. Accommodated late check-in. Hearty breakfast with the usual and including bacon strips, potatoes, scrambled eggs. Has swimming pool but didn't use it. Plenty of free parking space, quiet at night.

Negative: To nitpick, still a 30 minute drive to northern Chicago suburbs. Maybe a faint smell in the room when you initially enter but nothing too bad.

Summary: Great stay for value when I reserved with hearty breakfast for a night

Negative: Eggs (tasted like cardboard) and bacon (hard ) ....Bed too small not queen size they were full size, Bathroom too small toilet too close to tub

Positive: The room was fine, but it had a weird smell and the curtains were ripped. Front desk staff were super nice and the ladies at breakfast were great. Not a fancy hotel, but a good place to stay.

Positive: Night desk clerk Sean was very accommodating and helpful. He made sure we had a room to our liking during our stay.

Negative: When we initially checked in, the room we were assigned smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. We immediately brought this to Sean’s attention and he promptly took care of us by placing us in another room.

Positive: I enjoyed an absolutely amazing experience at Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was a beautiful, spacious suite designed for refreshing relaxation. There were two restrooms, two kitchen areas, two televisions, a full living room, a full bedroom with jacuzzi, a dressing area and a dining area. The Dynamic Dream Team who worked at the hotel made it a top-tier experience. Sean checked us in at the front desk. He was attentive, caring, informative and kind. Pam was a kind soul; she was present every day with encouraging words and kind compliments. Sunday, May 11, 2025, was our checkout day and Mother’s Day. It was a challenging day for me since I no longer have my mother. However, the kind words that Pam spoke to me made a positive difference in my life. If you ever need a boost in life or a reset for your journey, this is the hotel to visit. When it was time to check-out I met Gabby, she was attentive and kind as she wished us safe travels going home, with a friendly smile.
