Summary: We were told that we would have to check into another hotel due a staffing issue. I feel that some type of compensation should have been given, but none was offered. I will have a hard time recommending this property to anyone else because if this situation.

Summary: Reed the shuttle driver is fantastic, he was ready and able to pick us up after dinner twice. He is very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the desk always has a smile and willing to help with everything, and housekeeping always makes you comfortable with whatever you need.

Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of the water. Excellent location, just 10mins from The Clipper terminal. We love the location because we were walking distance to Downtown without being in the hectic bustle. It also made it easier to visit and enjoy Beacon Hill Park and Cook St. Village! They had a pool and jacuzzi which was occupied by a lot of people, but not our type of thing to do. I would say there are a lot of other restaurant options nearby but I think The Blue Crab (hotel restaurant) looked very nice. Just that the menu didn’t really inspire us to eat there. Great place to stay and great front desk service. Complimentary ride to Downtown if you want and they let us check in a little early. Great experience and very clean room! Very happy about that!

Summary: This was a 3 night stay. Hotel is located in a beautiful location next to a Marina. There is a walking path that takes you to Victoria. The room had a nice view and the beds were very comfortable. The service from the front desk to the restaurant was outstanding and very welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Victoria.
