Two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a large, lovingly furnished kitchen-living area offer opportunities for individuality and togetherness. The bathroom has 2 windows and is equipped with a tub and shower and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern technology. You will find plenty of cutlery, dishes, spices and other kitchen utensils; Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave are available, iron and hair dryer as well. A large balcony adjoins the kitchen, from which you have direct access to the beautiful garden. On cold days, the kitchen-living area is a cozy and spacious place to eat, play, digital TV, read, listen to music (CD / DVD player). Information material for holiday ideas is abundant.

A great advantage of this apartment is the comfortable infrastructure and the excellent infra structure of the district of Dresden-Strehlen. You have bus, tram and S-Bahn transport links that take you anywhere without a car. The Strehlen district offers at least 5 restaurants (Greek, Asian, traditional cuisine, Italian, other) that can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and all shopping facilities (department store also open on Saturdays until 8 p.m pharmacy, drugstore, Pfennigpfeiffer, Sparkasse , Clothing, shoes, shoemaker, hairdresser, cosmetics ...).
There is also a bicycle shop just 10 minutes away, where you can also rent bikes.
Especially in the summer months, the terrace and garden offer wonderful relaxation, especially in the evening, when you have returned after a strenuous day trip.

The property is approx. 500 m² with a garden, terrace and barbecue facilities. The house has been modernly and lovingly furnished. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living room and guest toilet and HWR with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and the bathroom with tub and shower. The location is wonderful. Baker, department store, savings bank, drugstore, pharmacy, bookshop, shoe store, toy store ... and other shops, sauna, bike rental, restaurants, the Strehlen church, public transport stops are within walking distance in about 5-7 minutes. And yet you live in a quiet area on a 'small old village street' on the Kaitzbach. The apartment is suitable for couples and families.

Summary: The apt was nicely decorated and bigger than it appears in the pictures. Everything was clean. Bathroom was large and was nice to have a soaking tub to relax in after long days of walking around town. (Tub is listed as a pool/spa). Host accommodated us with a slight earlier arrival. I would stay there again. My suggestion would to be to provide A check-in/check-out sheet in English as I only speak English, but we figured it out.

Summary: This groundfloor flat is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with tram stops 30 seconds away which will take you straight into town. The flat was super clean with everything you need. Bear in mind there is no microwave though. We had our baby and 3 year old with us and there was a cot and high chair provided. The garden was lovely and there is a pizza takeway and chinese takeaway very near, as well as a lovely bakery and little supermarket. We had a fabulous time here exploring Dresden. Thank you Beate. We hope to be back!
