Summary: I would give this house a 3.5 star rating. House is well stocked with all the things you need. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for our family. There is plenty of street parking but the street parking is 90 minute parking and permit parking. We had a truck and the carport was snug. The kitchen floor was dirty, there was food on the floors and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher.The bathroom shower handle does not "glide" as stated in the email from the owner. You have to turn it really hard. I had to call the owner to come show me how to turn the shower on because it was so hard and I didn't want to break it. Thankfully the owner called his dad to come show us and he was there promptly. The kitchen window needs some blinds because it looks right into the house next door and the houses are really close to each other.The hot tub is located outside above the carport and it is not private at all. It's open for all the neighbors to see you in there. The location is great. Just a couple of blocks from state street.

Summary: We had a really nice stay for four nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We really enjoyed all the amenities and being able to easily walk to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Nav did a good job of communicating with us throughout the process. Highly recommended!
