Positive: The breakfast was disappointing, but the location was very nice and the view was amazing. However, the price felt too high for the level of service offered.

Negative: The breakfast was in the area were was like sauna effect and the food was not in fridge.

Positive: Subject Exceptional new hotel with stunning sea views! I was the very first guest at this brand-new Cayo Exclusive Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It’s located on a quiet hill with breathtaking views of the sea, offering complete privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The design is modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly special. The food quality was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The infinity pool offers a magical view to the sea. Even though the beach is only 400 meters away, they kindly offered free transport to and from the beach, which was a lovely extra touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, and high-quality stay near the sea, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Positive: Absolutely perfect stay! Spacious, spotlessly clean room with daily housekeeping. Superb pool area with crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain-and-sea views. Amazing food at all three meals—breakfast was abundant and delicious, while dinner was flavorful, generous, and excellent value for money. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, whether at the pool or during meals. Fantastic location—ideal for relaxing evenings, watching the sunset in the summer breeze. Highly recommend!
