Positive: Big room with proper third bed. Nicely furnished. Excellent location - everything within walking distance. Staff speaking excellent English. Covered parking nearby for 12 Euros per night.

Positive: This visit absolutely exceeded our expectations! The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my extensive travels! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a large, comfortable room that was absolutely incredible. We had the best two nights of sleep of our trip at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to recommend sites to see as well as restaurants at which to eat. We had trouble with the safe and they immediately came up to assist us. They were attentive to all our needs and requests! I would absolutely stay here again!

Negative: The one recommendation I have is to make sure the safes are bolted down. They would be very easy to pick up and remove from the room and that made us slightly uncomfortable.

Positive: Casa Pizarro was an absolutely delightful hotel and wonderfully situated with the walls of beautiful Caceres. There was a pretty terrace where we had breakfast and the blonde waitress was a whizz on her Google Translate and couldn't have been more accommodating! Likewise the two girls in reception. One with a little English was exceptionally kind in procuring a bucket of ice and glasses when the bar was closed and the other, Joana, on duty in the morning spoke terrific English, was charming and super-helpful. She was telling me how lovely Caceres was in winter-time and I've now made a big mental note to return to Caceres and Hotel Pizarro specifically another year in the winter!

Positive: We loved the decor in the hotel and the room, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and well appointed. The reception staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. Location perfect.

Negative: Breakfast was not great - a bit of a language barrier with waiting staff, though they did their best with non-Spanish speakers.

Summary: Super hotel, excellent location, great value. Recommended.

Positive: Junior suite is big and excellent for a family to stay in. The views from the balcony’s/outdoor terrace space is awesome. Staff is very friendly. You can walk into town easily. The modern art museum next door is free and has some great art.

Negative: They did not have yoghurt at breakfast. Parking is 12 euro per night which is pretty expensive. Should be included in price for hotel room.

Summary: Great stopover on the way to Andalusia.

Positive: A beautiful property in a great location. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking for motorcycle although a 5 minute walk away.

Negative: The first room we were given had dirty sheets with numerous hairs in the bed and the safe didn't work although this was dealt with quickly by the staff. The room was very noisy all night as there was a club/bar right outside our room although this may have just been our room 105. Avoid this room if you want to sleep.
