Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful- with great living spaces for a large group and nice spacious rooms! It was in a fantastic location in Portarlington and was perfect for our stay- we were a large group of 10 and it easily for us all as well as an extra person who stayed in one of the spacious living rooms! Ami and rob were very easy to contact and lovely to communicate with.

Negative: The rooms upstairs were a little warm during the day as the air conditioning was only downstairs- however they had fans upstairs which cooled it down in the evening. It would have been absolutely fine with just the fans however we were there for a 41 degree weekend which is a rarity- downstairs area was beautiful and cool and at night the fans made for a comfortable sleep

Summary: Absolutely loved casa di mare- and would definetly stay again for the price, size and cleanliness of the accomodation!!

Positive: A multitude of TVs and separate areas for viewing in private.

Negative: Microwave was not operational - plate always rotating and settings not interactable. BBQ not cleaned. Most windows dirty. Bird droppings on outside furniture and signs of chalk graffiti on external pillars at rear. Garage door in need of service - sometimes jamming during operation. Bins were full. Balcony tiles covered in dirt. Couches were uncomfortable and difficult to get out of for older (70+) clients. Dishwasher failed to dispense tablet during cycle a few times - not all the time.

Positive: It is a beautiful house in a great location not far from town. The property was a great size for a family getaway while also having enough room so everyone could have their own space if they wanted. We had our elderly parents with us and the 2nd primary bedroom downstairs was perfect so they didn't have to climb any stairs. The multiple entertainments areas were also great for the kids.

Negative: On arrival the pin code provided was incorrect and it took a couple of phone calls and messages before the correct code was provided and we were able to access the house. Luckily Rob was available to send through the correct code, and it was all sorted out within 10 mins.

Summary: I would highly recommend this amazing house for any family looking for a relaxing getaway.
