Summary: The house was perfect for the 22 members of our family. Location and distance to the beach was awesome. When not at the beach we loved the swimming pool. We had a minor issue with power to the TV in the main family room which we identified on Sunday evening after hours for the helpline - and they contacted us immediately, and had a service person fix the problem Monday morning. Next time we are in Destin this will certainly be at the top of our list of places to stay.

Summary: This could not have been a better venue. Rooms and Beds for everyone. Fantastic Kitchen set up. Plenty of seating, towels, amenities. BEST rental home pool I have ever seen! Management of the property was on a luxury level. Golf cart, bikes, and proximity to beach were ideal. The only small feedback was that the closest public access beach is a tiny strip of beach - so get out there early. But everyone was so polite on the beach. It was close quarters but no obnoxious people present! We loved every second. The sun came out for us, and we lounged like lizards. We have a private Chef David Cunningham of Cinders and Salt join us at the house one day for Brunch and Dinner and we were SPOILED! Would totally do this same retreat again!

Summary: This has been the best VRBO we have rented! It was even better than the pictures! Everything here was perfect and our family of 20 were extremely impressed and comfortable! The pool and patio area were excellent and the location so close to the beach was perfect. It is a huge property - all of the rooms are large! You will love this place - zero issues! Great trip!!

Summary: The home was beautifully decorated, nearly new with high-end finishes. Extremely well designed and thought thru for hosting large families or groups. The kitchen was well stocked with any and all needed utensils and cooking tools. Abundant refrigerators, ice makers, laundry equipment. Large dining and gathering spaces, beautiful pool and lounging areas. Impeccable furnished and maintained. Our family of 20 had plenty of room and completely enjoyed our stay. Our 5th trip of this sort and by far our favorite home! Bikes and golf cart really topped it off!The one area for improvement is the small beach access area. There were too many visitors trying to enjoy too little allocated beach space! Other than that it truly was perfect!
