Positive: Beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff, first night an invitation to dinner with the owner's friends with live music. Excellent breakfast, absolutely luxurious mattresses, great pool, pleasant environment in the olive grove, pets, cleanliness, summer idyll. A short distance to the city Grosseto, very nice nightlife, great experience in a local small restaurant just off the square, delicious food and absolutely unique staff ...

Positive: Perfect and calm place to stay with family or couple. Cozy and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Possible to have good breakfast. Close to Grosseto. Also, easy to reach sea and different beaches around Grosseto area by car. Place has beautiful big fields around, nice surrounding area with olive trees and grass, possible to see different animals (horses, cows, and other).

Negative: We would have liked longer pool hours, though they let us check out late so we could swim a bit more. Also, the rodeo which is only on Wednesday.

Positive: The location and facilities were perfect for a family of four - two children 10 and 16. The staff were super helpful and friendly and really helped for fantastic tips for days out. The flexibility of food, wonderful BBQ, The food was fantastic! Football facilities for our little boy and very enjoyable wine tasting experience. The option for horse riding for our daughter, but unfortunatly it was too hot! The pool area was perfect to cool down after a day of sight seeing.

Summary: Fantastic and beyond our expectations - we will return for sure!
