Summary: First arriving to the hotel, we were greeted with a toddler at the front desk sitting on the workers lap. We then had to pause our check in so she could take the baby outside for pickup. The elevator was dirty and had not cleaned. Upon entering the room, first glimpse it was okay. After opening the curtains, the window was dirty. Thought it was outside but no luck, it was the inside. Bathroom soap dish had scum from Previous guest. No other rooms available. Thankfully we had Lysol wipes to disinfect areas of the room. Pools were never cleaned and had green stuff floating around although we was told of pool hours so it was in use. The next day, we requested clean towels. The cleaning lady told me all she had in her cart was the ones she used to clean the rooms. I requested fresh wash cloths and towels again. Never received them. At 10 pm upon returning to the hotel there was a sign at the door that said helping another customer. We waited. Finally, the lady that was outside smoking came in and asked could she help me. I asked for more towels. She asked where my old ones were. Told her in the room. Explained to her the request earlier. She went on and on about not having a lot of them. Finally, she goes to the back room and returns with two saying this is all she has. It’s three of us standing there (husband and child with me). Told me she would bring another up to room. This was the ONLY hotel within the town to stay except a motel which was probably better. NEVER AGAIN

Summary: The room was extremely clean, but it did smell like old smoke. The air conditioner dripped, so the carpet was wet under the unit, but the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was extra clean. The staff was great and very accommodating. I did not go down for the breakfast so I can’t remark on that. I would stay here again. Quite honestly, though, if you need to stay in Kilmarnock, you have no other choice. I would not be scared of this Best Western. It was fine.

Summary: Clean room, comfy bed with lots of pillows. Breakfast was not so good. Waffle batter was to thin and would not cook right. Friendly staff.

Summary: Outside needs an upgrade. Signs need to be upgraded. Entry drive needs to be upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (except for the waffle makers)

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had eggs and sausage. Refrigerator was broken so no yougart. Waffle maker was not operational and unclean from the last time it was used.
