This Waterfront 2 bedroom Condo is open concept space with all modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and amenities. Sit back in the large bright living space and enjoy the comfort of this amazing condo. The two bedrooms have a comfy queen size bed in each room and plenty of closet and storage space. The bathroom has a large tiled shower, tub and vanity. The Condo if fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools for your enjoyment as well as a table with 4 chairs for your dining convenience. The large waterfront balcony is breathtaking and will be a tempting part of your time spent in this beautiful loft condo.
There is also a complimentary washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.
All guests have full access to the waterfront 2 Bedroom condo.
Also full access to the waterfront beach and green space.
We live in the condo building next door and are always close by if guests require anything.
This Waterfront Condo is located right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sailboats and cruise ships sail by.
It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.

Summary: My husband and I spent a very happy week at this lovely home where we especially enjoyed the porch with its private and sunny water view, a perfect place for breakfast and a quiet time at the end of the day. Summary: It was just perfect! Right in the heart of Charlottetown, yet just 2 blocks away from Queen Street, and so quiet! The views from the rear deck were just great, a perfect place to start our mornings with a cup of coffee! We took daily drives out along all the various coastlines, photographing the lighthouses, the various little fishing ports and the cliffs on the north shore. Dinner every night at a different restaurant, fresh mussels, haddock, scallops, what more could one ask for? It was my first visit to PEI to visit friends, and there's more to the island to explore, next time!

Summary: We loved this behaved apartment in an historic neighborhood. Easy to walk to everything from here. My only suggestion is to add an and we bar under the bathroom window. The property manager was EXCELLENT! We had a problem with the TV and he responded same day, replaced the TV
