Tucked away in the foothills of Aspe you will find this unique tropical paradise. The property is set within 8 acres of farmed olive groves, surrounded by protected national park land. The house comprises of: the first floor hosted the master suite, accessed by a floating staircase with night lights, enter into the bedroom you’ll find a super king bed, sliding doors opening out onto a terrace, full length window with a view down into the ground floor, full length black out blinds, fully fitted dressing room, large bathroom with free standing bath, floor mounted taps, large shower, double basins, glass feature ceiling and a w/c. 3 double bedrooms all with en- suite and black out blinds , 2 fully fitted kitchens, 1 with a large open fire, utility room, sunken lounge with reclining sofa and a wall mounted 75inch TV, dinning area, ample alfresco dinning, wooden gazebo seating area overlooking landscaped gardens, leading to the spectacular pool. The pool kitchen and bar is fully fitted with, dish washer, 2 fridges, a gas range cooker and a chiminea bbq.
You access the property via a long drive lined by olive groves leading to double gates, through which you'll find extensive parking.
A set of feature steps take you up to the main entrance. A Large entrance hall leads you to the open plan kitchen, designed with entertaining being the inspiration and main focus point, complete with floor units, integrated dish washer, fridge freezer and microwave, a large gas range cooker, from the kitchen through large sliding doors you really feel the tranquility of the gardens, formal dinning area, steps down to the lounge. The steps to the left of the lounge lead to the guest bathroom. Off the lounge to the right is a floor to ceiling sliding door which leads to the ground floor guest bedrooms. To the right of the main entrance is a door into the utility room, which comes complete with, 8kg washing machine, 8kg tumble dryer, dish washer, double (fisher paykel) fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, storage. The house is fitted with air conditioning, with 3 independent control panels.
This is truly the perfect place to come and completely unwind, the pool has many features including a waterfall and multi coloured lights to set what ever mood takes you into the evening! The gardens are beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, a fish pond with a waterfall and fountains creates a tranquil al fresco dinning area. Simply lay back, relax and watch the stars with a cocktail of choice!

Summary: Great Villa with wonderful outdoor space,we made great use of superb pool and the great outdoor bar. Grandchildren loved cooking outdoors and lots of family time spent there. Joanna was always on hand if needed.Look forward to making a return for another great holiday!

Summary: The property is very large, with plenty of space for 10 of us, with a double room to spare (albeit we put 3 kids in together). Pool was huge and very warm in July. Loads of places to sit, sofas in the shade, tables and chairs under an awning and enough sun loungers for everyone. Showers are nice and hot with two rooms benefitting from en-suits. My only advice would be start cooking earlier than you would normally because the oven and hob are pretty weedy, but seeing as that's my only small criticism, you won't be disappointed by this villa.

Summary: We stayed here in July 2016 and had the most perfect holiday. Stayed with our teenage children and extended family. Perfect for extended families as there is a separate self contained cottage and the villa is large and roomy. The pool was brilliant, large and deep enough for the kids to dive kept them entertained all day every day. Really lovely walks around the hills surrounding the villa and we enjoyed a pony trek to the top of the hill only 15 euros each which was great value for money. Visited Aspe, lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. We loved everything about the place and the villa was clean and very well equipped with everything you need. We cant wait to go back. The only bad part of our stay was leaving. We didn't want to leave. Will remember this place forever. Thank you Jo for allowing us to stay in your villa and for your friendly and warm welcome.

Summary: We only stayed for 5 days but wanted to stay forever! A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. There are some beautiful walks up the hills surrounding the villa with views reaching out to the sea! Plenty of space and beautifully kept! The log fires kept us lovely and cosy in the evening. Supermarkets are easy to get to from the property and there are some beautiful towns around! Overall, an excellent stay, I would thoroughly reccommend.

Summary: Went with a group of 5 other friends on a golfing break. The accommodation was ideal - plenty of space to cook, eat, and socialise. Great facilities, including lovely patio/ poolside area which is the perfect place to relax in this picturesque location. Highly recommended.

Summary: Situated at the end of a track about a mile from the main road and nestled in a small valley this place really has a sense of privacy and is ideal for large groups or extended families. The facilities were good although we didn't venture in to the amazing pool so close to midwinter! Highly recommend

Summary: Fabulous place in a tremendous location. Everything was prepared for us including a wine and wood supply! We booked for a golfing holiday and there are some amazing courses close by, Font de Llop and Alenda being our favourites. Have already re-booked for this year in March

Summary: 6 of us stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful countryside setting and the well kept villa. It has easy access to the coast and several superb local golf courses, but, happily, away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded resorts.
