Summary: My son was at a camp at Wittenberg for a few days so I stayed in town to work. The check-in was super easy and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Property very clean and convenient to restaurants, campus, walking/jogging, etc. As noted in the description, this is a historic home with all of the charm and challenge that comes with it. Biggest challenge for this modern convenience girl - window units for air conditioning. I think they provide more than enough cooling for most people (but I love sleeping at about 65 degrees).

Summary: Very roomy. Historical home with great food and music within walking distance. The pillars salvaged from Memorial Hall are reset on N Fountain Ave. A sight to see!

Summary: My friend and I were in Springfield to attend the flea extravaganza at the fairgrounds, and Tim's house was the perfect location. The house was clean and close to everything we needed. Tim was very responsive to our texts and came over right away when the light bulb in the kitchen went out. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in Springfield.

Summary: This was a great place to stay while visiting family. Amazing baker and coffee shop down the street and we sat on the porch listening to music at night. A lovely place to rest!
