Positive: The room is incredibly beautiful. It is very well designed and it is clear that someone has put great thought into making it feel like a professional interior designer has spent weeks creating it. The room also had everything I could ask for: a great desk to work, coffee/tea, a couch, shower, wardrobe...., it wasn't just a bed and that's it. Location is great if you are visiting for the university, which I was. But it's also ~15 minutes to city center. A bus stop with 4/5 buses is located within 5 minutes from the apartment.

Negative: I didn't like how loud rain was in the room... Room is located at a loft of a building and if it is raining hard it is very loud!They do supply ear dampening to make up for it.

Positive: Very nice location, 20 min walking to the centre. We enjoyed it very much. It was very calm and pleasant stay. The room is meant to be for a couple,we did not realize:) We did not expect open bathroom, but It was ok. The owner was very helpful and kind.

Positive: The location was perfect! Near a beautiful park and very close (15 min) walk to the center. The room itself was very cozy with everything you might need. The host was very kind and helpful!

Positive: The room was indeed cozy, clean & with a nice view in a quiet neighborhood. We liked that it had a mini refrigerator fruit, coffee & tea.

Negative: The mirror in the bathroom area was too high for us to see our faces. It was a couple of flights of winding stairs up so difficult if you have heavy luggage. Fortunately the owner was very kind & helped us on the way up & the way down.

Summary: We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & the convenience of this cozy room.

Positive: One of my favourite b&bs I stayed in. The room had so many small amenities that showed amazing attention to detail - from an umbrella to ear plugs to little bowls so you can eat yoghurt in the morning. If I will come back to Utrecht I will book this accommodation again. I really loved the design of the room !

Negative: As it’s mentioned on the listing the stairs are really steep so if you are a little older and not so secure on your feet or you have a big luggage I am not sure I would recommend this property. It was fine for me though!
