Summary: Beautiful views of the sea from the Ocean-view rooms! Staff, notably Alessandra the concierge, was very friendly and helpful! It was very windy during our stay, so the sargassum/seaweed built up horribly right in front of the hotel, but walking down the malecon a few blocks gets you to a really nice beach area. Lots of restaurants to choose from including the one at the hotel which served decent food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel to others.

Summary: One of the nicest hotels in the area with good location. Need a hair dryer in the rooms. Had its own restaurant beach club. The beach entrance is rocky. Nicer beaches further down the malacon. I would stay here again

Summary: the music which would have been alright at 7:30am if it was was soft calm type was not it was sum times heavy metal type and did not stop till 11.00pm sum times later also the restaurant service was really bad. They wouldn't bring us forks they wouldn't bring napkins. They wouldn't bring it. We had to go up all the time and ask for stuff. It was really bad.

Summary: It's our 5th time staying at Aquastar, we love the hotel but sadly it's not the same. Changes need to be made. The amenities, towels, and much more.I hate that i have to post this about a hotel that i so loved. Staying somewhere else next time.
