Positive: Christy was so nice and knowledgeable! Beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing! Also got pictures of moose and sand hill cranes right outside our bedroom window. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

Negative: Nothing, everything here was great!

Positive: Had a great view of the Homer Spit, and had many extras to make your stay comfortable. There was outdoor bbq and table and chairs to enjoy the view. Friendly host.

Negative: The pluming made very loud noises, especially if you were in the 2nd bedroom which had no ventilation. (Design problem when built.) We could also hear the dogs running around upstairs, they did not bark but were early rises.

Positive: The owner was very nice and the apartment was exceptional. E were about 15 minutes from the spit and we had awesome views of the water and mountains.

Negative: There was nothing about this that we did not like.

Positive: Location is perfect & beautiful. All the amenities you could ever need, i.e. Washing Machine with supplies, totally furnished kitchen, Bar-B-Que, towels & linens, etc. Completely self-sufficient accommodations. Christy the owner is outstanding and a perfect host.

Negative: Can not identify anything within the accommodations that is negative or disappointing. If you have mobility issues the steep gravel drive would be a negative.

Positive: This unit was not advertised as "breakfast included" but our host provided teas, coffees, honey, hot chocolate and abundant other condiments. The kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedrooms were immaculate and incredibly well-appointed, with every supply needed. Our host was very friendly, available and generous with her time and insights. There is a nice, private outdoor sitting area and the location is very convenient to the Homer Spit.

Negative: The apartment had a good amount of space, and there was an extra bedroom (with no windows) for people who wanted to sleep during long Alaska days. We would have preferred additional windows in the living area (during inclement weather). But the views from the bedroom were outstanding.

Summary: Very comfortable, safe and attractive. Serenaded by sand hill cranes; visited by moose.
