Positive: Tamara was a super host! She texted us to be sure we had what we needed and supplied us with plenty of helpful information. We appreciated that very much! The washing machine, drying rack, and dishwasher were useful, plus plenty of extras too including a delicious loaf! A market to buy food was close by.

Negative: We had a little difficulty getting in, but we were able to reach Tamara. The air purifier plugged in was too strong for us, but once removed, we were fine from the second day.

Positive: The layout and decoration of the apartment is lovely. Very comfortable bedrooms. 3 minute walk to a tram stop and 10 minute walk to the "Casco Viejo" . The communication with Tamara was excellent, her hospitality was first class. I would definitely stay in the apartment again. Thank you Tamara

Positive: Great location close to the old town and to tram and other transport. Fantastic selection of food items, kitchen equipment and information about places to visit, eat and drink in Bilbao. The host Tamara was very communicative, helpful and warm. We appreciated the heating in the apartment.

Negative: Bedrooms were a bit small with no outside windows. The apartment would have benifited from more outside light/windows.

Positive: The feeling at home vibe. Very warm, spacious and full of character. Lots of nice details. A cake was waiting in the kitchen, as well as some cereal, coffee and other sweets. Super clean and comfortable bed. Parking arranged perfectly. And the host was amazing in her communication, guidance and tips. Absolute stunner of a place in a beautiful city.
