Positive: Great location for the centre & beach, and more generally Zandvoort is a great location for easy train access to Amsterdam & Haarlem. The host here is fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant!

Negative: Not a problem for us, but it's worth noting for visitors with any mobility problems, they may struggle with the narrow staircase down to the bedrooms.

Positive: Location : It is located in a nice part of the town, everything is nearby ann easy to get. Travel : We rented a car, but public transport is also available and good to get to and back from Amsterdam. Beach : Beautiful beach at 10 mins walk, or you can take a 5 min drive to get to the parking area. Apartment : Its on the street, so very easy to locate, pictures are accurate in the description. Although we had the full apartment, I think its more suited for people wanting to book individual rooms with shared facilities. Host : Very friendly and helpful, providede all the details we asked for (and helped me to understand that the key only comes out horizontally :P).

Negative: Its really well suited if you want to book the rooms than the complete apartment (just my obvservation), I travelled with parents and my family so getting to the second floor apartment was a challenge (Please note the host helped us with the lagguage which was awesome). The doors close automatically (door closers on rooms door), made it hard for my 5 year old to open the doors to different rooms. The rooms have wash basins in them, so none in the bathroom. Which gives me the idea it is prefferably better suited if you want to rent single room. We had an extra Cot, which unfortunately blocked the door to the closet. Water preasure may fluctuate, where my family had nice showers, I got low preasure and everything took longer. But these points are for you to make informed decision, none caused any problems in our travels and experience.
