Positive: It was cheap.

Negative: It was on the 3rd floor with no lift. The shower and toilet were together, so when you took a shower the water went over the floor near the toilet. There were a couple of pieces of rubbish under the bed and under the chest of drawers, which told me that these areas had not been cleaned. Also the entrance to the building has no number and the area has a 'seedy' feel to it. I arrived later than I said I would (my fault for not letting them know) but the self check in details I received then one by one could have been sent to me in advance and I could have let myself in.

Summary: Good price but I didn't like it
