Positive: Comfortable beds, nice living room, clean accommodation. The shower water is hot, but the pressure could be a little stronger. Only 4 min to St Denys station but we don't hear the trains.

Negative: We had to move to another apartment because other tenants made a mistake, which was a bit stressful if we had to change apartments again. The reason for that is that the code for the keybox is the same for both appartements ! So not really clever and secure. You can tell it's a bit old, the floor in front of the kitchen sink is a bit damaged, and when we arrived there was a hole in one of the bed frame, and then the cleaner reported it when we left, saying we damaged the bed! It would have been nice to have two towels per person since we're staying for five nights, especially with three women with long hair (even though there is a washing machine).

Positive: Location was excellent. Easy on site parking. Property was clean and functional and warm. Host was very helpful.

Negative: The bathroom was not particularly inviting.
