Positive: The resort is located in the forest. I love the scenery here it's beautiful and chill and the food is delicious. What impressed me the most is that the staff are very friendly and speak English very well.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location close to Hanoi airport. Beautiful location outside of Hanoi city. Very peaceful with lush gardens and lovely swimming pool - a great place to relax. Staff are very friendly and efficient and food was excellent.
