Positive: A great villa with everything you could need. Location was good - only a 5-10 min walk to a restaurant or supermarket and 10 min taxi to Chania. A perfect stay!

Positive: The villa is perfect, clean and tidy, close to the city of Chania, 10 minutes by car to the beach. We were hosted by a family with children and we had a great time. The house had everything needed for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

Positive: Wow! The villa is stunning. Amaen villa lives up to its luxury tag. There is plenty of space, both inside and out. The villa is equipped to a very high standard, air-conditioning in every room, the wonderful shower, to every kitchen utensil you will require on a holiday. Furnished very recently it has the air of both quality and modernity. The bedrooms have good mattresses and pillows. The living area is open plan with the kitchen and very spacious. The outdoor area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. A shaded area has a dining area with a kitchenette and another fridge. The gas bbq allowed for relaxing lunchtimes in the sun. The pool is a good depth but lots of turns if you want to do lengths! There are wonderful touches such as all the very regular cleaning, provision of good quality personal products like the shower gel and body lotions, plus the welcome pack of food and wine. The owner was very helpful from start to finish. , from an issue we had with the payment, right through to answering any questions we had during the stay. We had one minor issue with the front door and it was resolved within 20 minutes! Incredible service!

Negative: Not sure there was anything we felt could have been improved within reason.
