Cottage in the countryside, quiet and not far from the sea. Cottage adjoining another house, quietly located on the border of the Vendée region, 22 km from the beaches, 15 km from Challans, 30 km from Pornic, and 5 km from the village of Machecoul.
Enclosed wooded grounds of 2,400 m² with terrace and garden shed. Swing set and 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bicycles available.
