Cheerful M-Street charmer beaming with light! Cozy & warm; wonderful getaway home for a nice weekend on the town. Centrally located for work & evening play. This 2- bedroom set up is a great home. We also have a home study that includes a twin sized daybed for that extra guest! You can enjoy an evening out back, dining with guests or around the fire pit, or you can walk to destination spots! This property has easy access to many local spots, and many places to enjoy a night on the town in Lower Greenville! Or even for your morning cup of Joe! Filled with restaurants, bars & shops! Easy to live in home & one you will be glad you chose for your stay in Dallas!
Furnished with high-end designer furniture as well as custom lighting fixtures and chandeliers, each room has its own chic vibe.
Office: Sun drenched with light, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Bright and energetic for a perfect “work from home” experience. Sit in a Herman Miller office chair in front of a large 6ft desk, with the ability to connect your laptop directly into the high-speed WiFi. Features a twin sized daybed for that extra guest!
Living Room: Comfortable sectional for lounging and reading a novel or watching a show on the 65-inch Smart TV (AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+). JBL sound bar provides well balanced acoustics.
Bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable and inviting queen and king beds, with high quality mattresses, linens, and pillows to help you sleep with ease. Shades and curtains in each room provide for flexibility and privacy. Queen bedroom is also furnished with a desk for an additional work space and a 40- inch flat screen for movies in bed.
Kitchen: New stainless steel Kitchen aid appliances, equipped with all the dishes you need for cooking and dining in.
Laundry Room: In this multi-purpose room that looks out into the backyard, you can wash clothes in the new Samsung washer and dryer, exercise with workout classes on Peloton and free weights, or sit (or stand) at the bar-height counter for work or crafts.
