Summary: Property exactly as stated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the ping pong table that wanted flat, it wasn't a big deal. My group got to spend more time at the villa than we had planned with a rained out golf day. The back patio was the ideal spot for hanging out. I imagine in the Lake of the Ozarks area, if not having a waterview isn’t a must you can't do any better tgan this place.group.

Summary: Beautiful clean and well stocked home. The convenience of being right next to the pool was wonderful. The owners were very fast to answer questions and reply. My boys loved the golfing there. Beautiful property, and very upscale. We would definitely love to return. If we ever decide to purchase it would be in this area. The relaxation was just what my husband needed on this getaway.

Summary: This house was exactly as described. It was very clean and the host was accessible for our questions regarding recommendations. The pool next door made it very convenient with the kids. The sun porch was the place we spent most of our time as it was beautiful, relaxing, and a great view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed morning coffee out there watching the various deer, birds and even the grounds crew prepare the course. The kids had their own space downstairs with all the board games, ping pong table, and second family room with large screen tv. Every room of the house was beautifully appointed and had it's own smart tv. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our dinners in. The house was just down the road from the clubhouse which made it very close for the golfers. Overall, a great stay and hope to come back again next summer! Would highly recommend.

Summary: This was our first time visiting the lake area and we're so happy we found this house. It worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples as we each had our own private bedroom. The two couples who have difficulty with stairs took the two main level bedrooms which made it very easy for them as everything we needed and used was on the main level. The house supplied a plethora of board and card games and even a cabinet of jigsaw puzzles. We enjoyed playing games and reading in the screen in three season room as the men golfed. The restaurants were nearby and we even grilled one night on the gas grill. Old Kinderhook is a very well maintained and quiet community. We didn't venture out on the water, but next time we plan to rent a boat and check it out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We plan to come back again possibly later in the fall when it's a bit cooler for golf.

Summary: This property was very clean and nice. Great view out of the back of hole 14 on Old Kinderhook. Pool VERY close by and walking distance to the Old Kinderhook Resort. We really had a great time and the owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: This was our second time renting the Sea n' Green property and both experiences have been extremely accommodating and convenient! The house location is perfect for a weekend golf getaway with the guys - it is walking distance from the club house. The host was extremely attentive and quick to address even the smallest of questions. Our group will be coming back to this location next year!
