Positive: A clean apartment with carport parking.

Negative: A noisy location by a busy street. Mattress was not very comfortable. Leather sofas in the family room were not cosy. Apartment was on the second floor with no elevator to take my luggage upstairs. not a walkable neighborhood, no coffee shops or restaurants near.

Positive: Perfect for what we were looking for. In town more on business than pleasure, with a small group, and needing to stay more than a week. Having the amenities of a home was exactly what we needed, for laundry and simple meals, to make the trip bearable and save money not eating out as much. This was my first experience renting an airbnb instead of commercial hotels, and tbh, I was apprehensive (being over-informed with the things that we know can go wrong). But, what a great experience! By the time we were ready to leave, it felt like home. The contact/owner(s) were helpful and so nice! They kept the place very well stocked with supplies (detergents, paper products, etc). The kitchen had far more at the ready than I expected to find (place-settings, countertop appliances, a Keurig with a variety of pods ready to go, even a rice-cooker). Dishwasher & gas range worked great. Most everything in the kitchen looks like new. The laundry room is so nice, I wish mine at home was as spacious/useful. Large enough to maybe even store some bikes in if you needed to, almost like a little garage. It had a very handy utility sink and counter area for dealing with clothes. I frankly was even making a point to learn from some of their choices around here, such as the tankless water heater, which works great, so I'm putting that down as something I want at home now myself. We came in the hot summer, but the AC was fantastic, super comfortable. The beds and the rooms they're in are great, we slept like a rock. The bathroom’s between them, each to their own room as you'd expect in a proper house. The bathroom was clean and very nice. Compared to the other rooms in the house, the bathroom isn't as particularly spacious, but completely adequate (basically a "one person at a time" bathroom). It was easy to keep it straight and clean in there, nice wall tile. The walk-in shower/tub was very nice, warmed up quick, easy to adjust.

Negative: I really have nothing to say about what I didn't like. I mean it, the place was perfect. But, in the interest of informing people considering staying here I'll add what just may fit the category. The only 2 things that didn't bother us at all just might be a concern for others is the sound of the street and the stairway entrance. I personally didn't mind either whatsoever, I live in a not-so-quiet place near a train anyway, so non-silence outside isn't any big deal. But, make no mistake about it, this is a heavily-used 6 lane thoroughfare, frequently used by first responders, etc. But, I actually liked being near it because it meant getting where we needed to be over-and-over more quickly because we're already there (remember, the quieter the neighborhood, the longer the drives). And the staircase was a non-issue for us. In fact, with as much driving as we've been stuck doing on this trip, I enjoyed tiny exertions, LOL. They're carpeted, quiet and safe. Bathroom could use a vent, but the fact the window is easy to open and reclose, I didn't mind at all. But, a switch would be more convenient. I suspect that it's considered less-typical to have stuff like bathroom vents around energy-conscious Denver, Colorado, and I can understand that. I'd also personally have the shower either have one of those "curve out" curtains or a sliding glass door, only because when using it, the airflow dynamics would have it wanting to drift in against your body a little too easily. But, to repeat, that's just for the sake of filling the "not like" field. We found the place 100% great.
