Summary: Our room wasnt ready when we checked in 2 hours after the check in time had started. The cleaning service was strange. The cleaning staff did everything in the room in about 3 to 4 turns and just walked in to the room wuthout waiting for us to say anything to do just one thing such as change the soap or bring water. The staff in the hotel was just overall rude and comparing to other hotels during this longer trip in Morocco the service was definitely the worst of all. Our deluxe room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. Our room was also next to the staff elevator which we could hear all the time. There is nothing luxurious or boutique about this hotel. Its a basic hotel so if youre looking for a really nice place to stay this is not it. Hotel is clean and the rooftop bar has good views. Breakfast was ok.

Summary: I recently stayed at 2Ciels Hotel in Marrakech and had two different room types: a Suite Prestige and a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, I don’t see the value in upgrading to the Suite Prestige—while slightly larger, the amenities and overall experience were nearly identical to the Deluxe Room. Given the small difference in space, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the suite. Additionally, the view from the rooms is underwhelming, mostly overlooking the Royal Tennis Club of Marrakech rather than anything scenic. The hotel also lacks lush greenery, which is disappointing compared to other hotels in the Hivernage neighborhood, where the ambiance is much better. Patron de la Mer (Ground Floor Restaurant): Excellent food and service. The Mediterranean and local cuisine were both well-prepared, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Lola Rooftop Bar: A great place to relax by the pool and have lunch, with a stunning view of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. However, there are limited sun loungers, so finding a spot around the pool can be difficult if the hotel is busy. Service & Hospitality: This is where the hotel falls short: -Front desk staff: Arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. They lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a hotel of this caliber. -Expedia Gold Members: No recognition of status, no perks, and no effort to make the stay special.An average hotel with below-average service. If you’re visiting Marrakech, I’d recommend staying in the Hivernage

Summary: I paid more than what was on Expedia total cost which was weird but whatever . Also it’s more than $200 a night and you still have to pay to use the spa ( that’s without massage only to use)

Summary: Stayed here in December 2024 for 5nights. Good location near close toany things. Nice rooftop bar and atmosphere. Food was great definitely recommend. Staff was amazing very helpful in assisting with anything needed. Would highly recommend.
