Positive: The property was on a very small quiet site with not much going on. Very well presented rooms, with almost everything you could want clean tidy comfy and homely. It is only a very short distance to some of the most gorgeous walking and beaches Oxwich, Rhossili, and St Eynon. The mumbles and Swansea less the 30 mins drive. Unfortunately didn’t get to see Mumbles at its best because of work going on to improve sea defences.

Negative: The Shower and bathroom plumbing. First time tried to have shower we did exactly as said by owners in the book but as soon as the cold tap was put on it just spat water everywhere. Drowned both of us, trying to stop it. We tried contacting both Booking.com and Sykes left messages for both, plus owner, on their page with no reply. Went told reception not interested as private cottage. We think a plumber is required and electric shower should be installed to help with what seems to be an ongoing problem. We left a day early (needing to shower) which was such a shame as it really is a very nice accommodation for 2 people.
