Here, in the Centre Morbihan and far from the hustle and bustle of the coast, you will appreciate the surrounding environment to recharge your batteries and relax, while being 40 minutes from the sea and beaches, without suffering the nuisances. All shops are within walking distance from the house. Moréac is at the crossroads of all paths. Not far from the magical forest of Brocéliande and the magical Gulf of Morbihan. You will reside a stone's throw from the Château de Kerguéhennec and its museum of contemporary art, nicknamed the Versailles Breton. Discover Vannes, its heritage and history, 30 minutes away, as well as Josselin, Pontivy and Lorient. If you are more sporty: the Coëtdan leisure center, Lake Guerlédan and the OSEC equestrian center are made for you. And for the little ones, the cottage is located 10 minutes from Kingoland (amusement park) and close to the Branféré park. Of course you will find all the water activities on the beaches of the Gulf and the wild coast...
The cottage, completely renovated, is located on the 1st level of a former presbytery, accessible by an external staircase.
- It offers a living room with equipped kitchen and open to the living room and lounge. A bedroom (a 160x200 bed) with a view of the garden. A bathroom and separate toilet.
- Upstairs, 2 cabin beds (90X190) on the mezzanine and a reading corner. A bedroom with a view of the garden and the heated swimming pool (a 140x190 bed). Adjoining the owners' accommodation. The entrance to the cottage and the terrace are independent and private, however the garden and the swimming pool are shared with the owners and their children as well as their animals. Here it is the family atmosphere that reigns in the property. The owners make their heated swimming pool available from June to October.
